MDF has been actively involved in the development of the Outsourcing Services (OS) sector in Fiji, focused initially on industry marketing, advocacy, and coordination. The OS sector is a “high priority” sector in Fiji, with women comprising 70 percent of the workforce. OS companies including Pacific Centrecom (Fiji) Limited (Pacific Centrecom) are considering employee incentives such as childcare, to improve staff productivity, reduce absenteeism, and increase staff retention.
Pacific Centrecom is one of the leading OS companies in Fiji, providing contact centre and back-office services to both local and international clients. Pacific Centrecom has experienced rapid expansion, extending its operations from Suva, to Navua, Nadi and Lautoka and employing approximately 950 people, of which 650 are women.
MDF and Pacific Centrecom are now seeking a suitable service provider to conduct a feasibility study on after- school childcare services for Pacific Centrecom employees. The feasibility study will enable Pacific Centrecom to offer quality, affordable childcare solutions for their employees, thereby improving staff retention, productivity, and support long-term inclusive and sustainable economic growth for Fiji.

The interested individuals and/or service providers are required to complete the Response Form provided on the TOR to submit an offer. This position is open to firms or individuals of Fiji nationality, permanent residents with authority to live and work in Fiji as well as internationally based with a local counterpart or authority to work in Fiji.
