MDF partners with The Knowledge Warehouse

ONE of the major market research agencies in Australia and New Zealand – The Knowledge Warehouse (TKW) – is set to start its operations in the country.

A statement from Australia’s Market Development Facility (MDF) this was the result of ongoing efforts by the Government, Investment Fiji, Business Process Outsourcing Council (BPOC) and MDF to promote Fiji as the premier outsourcing services destination in the Pacific.

MDF country director Malcolm Bossley believes the partnership is timely, as Fiji works to diversify its economy and introduce new employment prospects for
the young and growing workforce.

“Fiji’s outsourcing services sector is one of the few industries that has continued to grow and create jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are really excited about working with TKW as not only will it create new employment opportunities in the country, but it will also raise Fiji’s profile as a regional KPO destination,” said Mr Bossley.
